1. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the seal of the HerbXcell Majoon jar is unopened.

  • If you experience an allergic reaction to any ingredient in HerbXcell Majoon, you may qualify for a partial refund (not a full refund).

  • Invigo reserves the right to grant partial refunds in genuine cases and as a gesture of goodwill for our valued, loyal customers.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • To start a return or exchange, please send the product to the official Invigo Return Address.

  • Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 24 hours.

  • No deduction fees apply for exchanges. However, refunds are subject to a Rs. 250 processing deduction.

3. Timeframe for Returns or Exchanges

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your parcel (including the day of delivery).

  • To help us serve you faster, kindly share a photo of the parcel showing the delivery slip attached to the flyer.

4. Change of Mind

  • Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted.
